Spring and Summer music festivals are finally releasing their coveted lineups so us crazies can plan our lives for the next four months. Here are some links to get your planning started:
February 15-17: AURA Music & Arts in Live Oak, Florida. Florida grassroots live-electronic and underground jam scene.
March 8-17: SXSW in Austin, Texas. An overwhelming amount of music and arts.
March 21-24: Snow.down in Killington, Vermont. A Jam Band winter wonderland.
April 12-14 and 19-21: Coachella in Indio, California. Fake lineups coming out daily.
April 13-14: Rock the Ocean’s Tortuga in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. New festival on the beach with a strange mix of a lineup.
April 18-20: Wanee in Live Oak, Florida. The Allman Brothers put this on so plan accordingly.
April 26-28 and May 2-5: New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival. All things New Orleans, Jazz and delicious…with some Pop, Blues and Soul thrown in.
May 17-19: Hangout in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Beach Festival with no lineup announced.
May 24-26: Summer Camp in Chillicothe, Illinios. moe. and Umphrey’s McGee set to play…more jam bands to follow.
May 30-June 2: Wakarusa in Ozark, Arkansas. Celebration of live music spanning almost every genre.
Jun 6-9: Mountain Jam at Hunter Mountain, New York. Radio Woodstock and Warren Haynes kick out the Jams.
In what may be the the most annoying new tradition in the world of live music festivals, Coachella has seemingly leaked fake lineups (again). I understand clever marketing but Coachella is going to sell out without such nonsense…equally as unshocking, some music media sources are benefiting from the hype. Yawn.

Snow.Down looks like the event to attend if you aren’t going to be in London watching Ryan Adams.
Ashley will now shamelessly plug client-associated festivals:

We will be covering Telluride Bluegrass from every possible seersucker angle
Actually, I think you need to attend as your alter egos: Fellas in Fleece
